2. All logos, service marks and trademarks are the property of Smartespiot.com. Coping and/or recreation of said logos, service marks Designs or Merchandise is Prohibited.
3. We ask as a common courtesy to link Smartespiot.com in all photos and contents shared on social media, including Facebook, Pintrest, Blogs or Instagram etc.
4. All Smartespiot.com merchandise is meant for personal use only and is not to be redistributed.
5. Although every effort is made to photograph our items accurately and describe our products in detail, we cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise.
6. Items that are currently "Out of Stock" will in most cases, be restocked. All item quantities are as accurate as possible. If an order is placed and we cannot fill your entire order, you will be notified by email before your item/items are shipped. We can refund your order, or give you an estimated time when your item/items can be restocked and shipped.
7. Smartespiot is our software that provides visualization, control and reporting of data collected from devices with MQTT protocol.
8. When you buy our system, you will have a server with MQTT system and smartespiot software installed specially for you.
9. After the purchase, the installation is done within 1-5 days and the necessary information is sent by e-mail. Our software is sold with the server service. Payments are made annually and are renewed until cancelled. The expired service will be deleted within 1 month if no renewal is made.
10. Problems occurring in our system and maintenance dates will be published on our website. You can get support by e-mail as long as the service continues.
11. However, for very extensive or time-consuming special requests, a fee may be charged.
12. You can make a refund within 7 days after the purchase.
13. Our Smartespiot system should be used in projects that do not pose a life-threatening risk.
14. The software and server system is being developed day by day and it is ensured that it works at the best possible performance.
15. As long as your service continues, the updates that you will not experience data loss will be made automatically. Updates that may cause data loss or system downtime will be made with your consent by informing you.
16. The applications and examples presented to you are for hobby and private use. You can find all the necessary information, videos and documents on our blog.

18. Smartespiot.com reserves the right to make additions, deletions, or modifications to the any Information on this website, at any time without any prior notification.
19. We use the iyzico system so that you can pay securely. Your credit card information can be registered in the iyzico system so that automatic renewal can be applied in subscription systems.
